Vulnerability circles around saying what needs to be said. This conversation happens between two people. And includes the speak within ourselves.
Many times it seems easier to hold onto shit somewhere in our bodies. We get comfortable with the tightness – and hold on. And keep holding on.
Man it’s nice to have vices. ‘Cause sometimes I simply want to let go. To literally feel that flow of energetic force from groin through the top of my head.
- I love boxing and hitting the bags.
- I love making love to my incredibly sexy wife.
- I love meditating — especially when I meditate on gratitude.
- I love seeing my kids eyes shine.
- Hell I love seeing everyone’s eyes shine.
And to get there – the art of vulnerability must be mastered. To admit your bullshit and live into it. To say what needs to be said (this does not include everything you think!) and to do the things that need to be done.
The universe offers us choice. It’s the true freedom offered regardless of how restrained you may physically be. This choice offers confusion to the untrained mind. And a beautiful state to those who are trained. Trained is just another way of saying ‘aware.’
We’re awake and we feel the flow. When we sleep – we feel stress/fear.
